A war of aggression constitute a crime against the peace.

The moral obligation has been desecrated.

My dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you.
The rule of Law shall be fully and firmly established.

The decision of controlling heads is useless to me.

Heads of States do manifest maladministration and corruption at various levels.

I do urge the cessation of aggression.

The Defences of Peace must be constructed.
